Step 1: Light Test
Power on the device as directed in the manual. Place the mask over your inner arm, ensuring the light shines onto the skin, and wear it for 10 minutes. After 24 hours, if you experience prolonged pain or redness lasting more than 2 hours, you may be light sensitive. Please consult a doctor for advice.

Step 2: Cleanse Skin
Before treatment, cleanse skin and remove all cosmetics that could diminish light effectiveness.

Step 3: Connect Mask & Wear
Secure the Velcro Straps and eye pieces onto the mask. Connect the mask to the controller using the provided cable. Place the mask on your face and adjust the straps for a snug fit.

Step 4: Turn On
Press and hold the controller's power button until it activates; the battery indicators will light up. Choose light wave type and intensity. Use for 10 minutes. Press and hold the power button to turn off the device.
